TEAAM VOLUNTEER CREW
TEAAM has started a new volunteer program called The Crew. Crewmembers can volunteer to help in events and programs. Event Crewmembers should contact TEAAM to be assigned to a connittee or event.
Adventure Crewmembers are trained and experienced individuals that understand what it takes to support individuals with autism in various settings under many circumstances. All Adventure Crewmembers must complete a training program developed by Dr. Mark H. Yeager and Dr. Suzie Lassiter. Once initial training is complete, each Crewmember must prove themselves by participating in numerous adventure-based events. They do so by being a mentor or a guide. Those that excel are asked to be Adventure Staff.
